Deerfield, ILLINOIS - - August 27, 2009 - - Dawn Matthews, CEO of Abiant, was an invited speaker at the Dementia Plunge event sponsored by Memorial Hospital in South Bend, Indiana on August 25, 2009.
The Dementia Plunge was an immersion event designed to introduce leaders of Memorial Hospital and the South Bend Community to the challenges faced by Alzheimer's Disease patients and their caregivers. In addition, it provided a medical perspective and information on emerging technologies for diagnosis, as well as lifestyle activities that can help to maintain healthy cognition and that may defer symptom onset.
