served as President of the Pharmaceutical Group of G.D. Searle from 1977-1986, and was
President of Searle International from 1974-1977. Previously, he was Executive Vice President of
the International Division of Pfizer, and Executive Vice President of Pfizer Pharmaceuticals. He
served as Chairman for MIICRO, Inc. from 1999-2005. Mr. Parrish is Chairman and CEO of The
Female Health Company, a publicly traded company specializing in women's products to prevent
the spread of infectious diseases. He is also President of Phoenix Health Care of Illinois.

Walter (Wally) Sackett is Vice-President for the Clinical Services Division at Kettering Medical
Center. Wally most recently has served as Administrative Director for Kettering Behavioral Medicine
Center, an area where he continues to be involved. He is a graduate of Walla Walla College with
degrees in theology and business. He completed a master’s of Health Care Administration
degree at Loma Linda University and has worked in health care for the past 20 years as a
business turnaround and entrepreneurial project start up specialist, and has also worked for
Adventist Health.

Ltd., a public company focused on the development of a novel system for home kidney dialysis. At
Aksys, she was Vice President of Business Development, Director of Marketing and Systems
Engineering, and Acting CFO during private financings and the company’s $53 million IPO. Earlier,
she was a Senior Principal Engineer at Baxter Healthcare.
